The pillows were uncomfortable. The heat fan system was loud. The guests above us were extremely loud and kept us awake

We loved the room and the location. It was just right for me and bestie to attend the Grass Valley Christmas fair. We found the location so conveniently close. The hotel is dated and the towels are not the thick fluffy ones in the higher end hotels. But we didn't care. We weren't there to be pampered, we were there to have a convenient place to stay so we could do our Christmas shopping. We loved how safe it was there and the staff were so nice to us. We have absolutely no complaints and thought it was a great deal. I will be back. We also loved the toiletries provided and even 2 of the ladies toiletries. So very thoughtful of the staff! We loved that our car was able to park close to our room.

We only noted a couple of things. We were able to get things working and avoid calling the desk in the middle of the night. (Yay - we are handy ladies who know our way around DIY fixing stuff around the house). The towel rack was bent. Someone must have put something heavy on and bent and popped the first towel bar out of the frame. I wiggled it back into the frame but towels can fall off the rack still if not placed on the sides. Not a big deal but it looks bad. The Heater: The heater thermostat was not working properly but the staff said that they will report them and get it all fixed. I had set the thermostat originally to heat and temp to 65%. I woke up all sweaty and hot and the temp in the room was 74. The fan wouldn't stop either. I changed it to cool setting and set the temp back to 65. It took a while to cool down but was able to go back to sleep. All's well that ends well!

this is my second time staying here. The staff is courteous and helpful. I locked my key in the room and needed to ask for a new one. They made it with a smile.

It was a perfect location and value for my needs

My WiFi was non-existent in my room. The lobby worked fine

Very nice place. My only negative comment is that we arrived after dark and the entrance was very poorly lit. We drove past and had to turn around to find it. The room was nice and the staff were very friendly.

Location to food. And interstate

Tv had issues, vending machines without card readers, weak Wi-Fi. Very small parking lot loud traffic all night.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast ample, and the cleaning staff freshened the room more than really needed. All the people working there were friendly and doing their jobs.

The heaters are the old wall blowers on a thermostat, so they turn on and off noisily.

The room was spacious and clean!
