I would not go near the restaurant after seeing the dirty, unhygienic conditions in my room.

The rooms need serious upgrading and some very deep cleaning. The damp, poor conditions caused severe asthma attacks and I had to leave as soon as I could secure alternative accommodation. I asked both Booking.com and the Manager for a full refund but was refused. The photographs on their website are false and do not show the condition of the rooms now. This was a total rip-off because I was asked to pay in full, at 1:30am in the morning upon arrival, after travelling for 14hrs+, BEFORE I WAS SHOWN MY ROOM. Had I seen the room, I would have refused to pay.

I was on the 5th floor. The 6th floor was for function's which were held every night. I booked and paid for 14 days. On the second day I informed management I was leaving on the 4th day. On that day they refused to give me a refund.
