It’s no clean at all

It’s no clean it’s very old stuff rusted even lamp light

I had a great experience at this La Quinta. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. I also appreciated the free breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying here for a quick and easy trip.

Do not stay here.. Upon arriving the hotel computer system was having issues and it took the front desk 43 minutes to get us checked in. Once in our room we discovered the TV and remote were not working, the plug for the phone was broken and wouldn't stay in the wall. For a non-smoking room, it also didn't make us happy to see cigarette burns on the tissue cover. Plus the carpet was frayed and the bedding worn. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund or some sort of resolution. They simply said "sorry" and made no move to resolve. I even went to SWA who we booked the room through and asked for resolution. After a month of pursuing, SWA responded that the hotel said they would not be doing anything for us. Sad.

Breakfast was provided, the waffles were hot since you made them yourself, other then that bacon and sausage patties were cold and the eggs semi warm.

The room seemed like it was rush cleaned, roaches crawling on the bathroom door, the ac/ heater did not work that well, an awful smell in the hallways and the elevator. The breakfast was half way decent after microwaveing it since what was supposed to be hot was cold.

There was a dog just roaming around outside and inside.
