When we arrived we learned it was graduation weekend for several colleges in town, so the hotel was busy. That didn’t lower the quality of service or the cleanliness of the hotel. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and friendly from beginning to end. The parking lot was clean and well lit. Our room was very clean and quite comfortable. Even though there were many guests, we did not encounter loud behavior or any interruptions to our rest and sleep. The location was great for our needs with great restaurant and shopping options close by.

I really enjoyed that rooms had a balcony. I also loved the pool area,the rooms were nice and clean.

I didn't like that I wasn't informed of the 10 parking fee and that breakfast was twenty dollars a person and I was brought out a bill not knowing that breakfast wasnt included with my stay( although the breakfast was pretty good..just not worth twenty dollars). I feel like the price should have been shown.
