Courtyard Greensboro Airport

My husband and I stayed one night with our three girls. The TV in the room was not working properly. We called the front desk and Dari immediately apologized and offered us to move to a different room. We accepted. Adrian came up to double check the TV to see if he could fix it. He wasn't able to. They moved us to the room right beside us. Adrian went into the room to ensure the TV was working properly and set it to Paw Patrol for the girls. These two went above an beyond! We have stayed at many hotels in the past and this is the first time we have ever felt the need to leave a review.

Tavia is great! She was warm and welcoming. All of the staff are wonderful. I’ve stayed here a few times. They are currently renovating and upgrading. Which I wouldn’t have known had I not saw the furniture unload. There’s no mess. There’s no noise. Looking forward to my next stay even more.

II experienced an incident, however, Miss Rose, the manager, promptly resolved the issue, with the assistance of Miss Tracy at the front desk. Miss Tracy greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, Kareem, the cook, consistently prepared delicious meals in a timely manner. The staff members were truly exceptional, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and efficiently.

Hott tub and pool was closed for repairs but other than that was a great place

The staff is this hotel’s greatest asset! They were all sincerely friendly and helpful- the service and level of accommodation they provided was top notch and I couldn’t speak more highly of them. I specifically want give a shout out to Tracy and another taller gentleman whose name started with “J” (so sorry I can’t recall his name, he worked midday 5/3). They made a great impression and that is reflected in the overall star rating of 4/5. The hotel is 3/5, but the staff is 5/5! As for the actual rooms, there’s def something to be desired, but most importantly, it was clean! We had a king room, and it was pretty small, and the layout a bit funky. For instance, only the person on right side of the bed could see the whole TV screen lol. Smells a little damp, elevator runs a bit slow. It’s a perfectly decent, inexpensive room for an overnight or weekend traveler- as long as expectations are clear. The location can’t be beat. Super convenient and reasonably priced, staff is excellent.

Stayed here off and on for the last 6 weeks or so. Loved the people that worked there. Siena was very helpful when I need items for my room and Joe was great at the front desk. Everyone said hello and that made my stay a great one. Thanks to all the staff.
