"Until this location replaces it carpeting and furniture, won't be staying at Springhill in Saginaw."

All of the staff members were pleasant. They appeared to care about their job of making us feel welcome. We appreciated their attitude and their engagement.

The facilities did not meet our expectations. The upholstered furniture appeared stained and not well kept. The carpets were filthy. The mattresses need to be replaced. The sheet on our mattress was obviously worn. There was a rip in the sheet that was clearly from age and overuse. The breakfast hours were too brief. There was a time when breakfast hours ended at 10 AM, which is very convenient for travelers. Having the breakfast hours end at 9 AM has meant that we have not been able to take advantage of the "free breakfast."

We personally booked this hotel because it had a spa hot tub, otherwise we would have stayed at another hotel. It would have been nice to get and email stating that the hot tub was broke, or to be discounted on our two room stay. Also there is no noise control the people upstairs where running and thumping back and forth late into the night. Otherwise we really liked the room layout and and property.

"Affordable and pleasant."

Clean, spacious room. Very suitable for our trip. Only complaint was that the pillows were horrible. Sleeping with one was too flat, and sleeping with 2 made both mine and my boyfriend's neck hurt.
