The Fern Residency Ahmedabad, Subhash Bridge, Series by Marriott

We selected this property due to it being associated with Fern and Marriott names but were total disappointed. The room they assigned initially to us on the four floor was filthy, the glass window was painted entirely, the door lock was busted, has dirty bathroom with rusted mirror and dirty towels; even the corridor appeared dirty as if it has not been cleaned for a long time. We had to fight to get the room changed - I think it was waste of our money…they need refund it

Awesome stay going on neet amd clean room very very comfortable bed all are staff is very helpful and polite special thanks to House keeping team, mr Chandan and joba and jyotish m who is made my stay fabulous 💐i will vist again

Good Hospitality by Mr. Chandan, overall service good . Rooms are clean, hygienic and very close to airport. I will recommend this hotel .

It was a good hotel with few hiccups. Front Office and Housekeeping Team was great. Room was spacious and cleanliness was great. On call services for HK was promptly done without any delays. Konika and Hitesh ( If I remember correctly- the bell assistant) was proactive and helped me during my stay. I had to travel to a destination and was not getting any Uber . However Konika quickly assisted me to arrange the same . Thank you a lot. Service during the breakfast and IRD could be better - I had a shared a detailed feedback at the FNB manager during check out. Food was also ok.

Good rooms and good service by the staff and specially by chandan and alok. Aslo the cleaning and response is good. I recommend everyone who get a chance to stay here.

Get great service and food was also good and really really loved the place will visit again with family and friends for sure

Disappointing Experience at The Fern Residency, Ahmedabad I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this property. Upon arrival, our luggage was left unattended in the lobby, and when we inquired about having it sent to our rooms, Ms. Konika at reception curtly informed us—in front of Manager Mr. Mandal—that our bags would not be moved until full payment was made. Her approach was arrogant and lacked even basic hospitality standards. The dismissive attitude and complete absence of customer service skills made what should have been a welcoming check-in process quite unpleasant. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected far better professionalism from the front desk staff. Unfortunately, this experience has left me unable to recommend this property to others.

Visited the Gourmet restaurant twice in about 3 weeks (once in Sep & once in Oct). The food incl Chinese, Punjabi Main Course as well as all Starters we ordered were awesome. Very friendly & accommodating staff. Also, my Son tried a couple of new dishes & he was super satisfied. Overall, I'd strongly recommend this place for Food, Hospitality & Lovely Ambience. A special shout out to Domin, Tejveer & Manisha for the wonderful service.
