The shower head is too low.

Carmen on the front desk was great. Handled us very well. Nice food in the restaurant. Too short a stay. Next time.

The staff at Avenida are wonderful; friendly, professional and really helpful when I needed to make local travel arrangements. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. WiFi is generally reliable (much better than other locations I visited around Mozambique). Decent safe in the room.

To demonstrate how little there is to dislike, my only note is that the toilet roll holders are slightly inconveniently placed - they need to be higher. That's it!! Of course it's expensive, but you're treated fantastically.

The location is the best. Hotel staff is very courteous.

Hotel is in the middle of town with a busy street right in front. Fortunately once you get in - you are in a peaceful environment. The location means you have access to many restaurants within walking distance. Staff are extemely pleasant and helpful. The gym is on the top floor - but one cannot access it from the stairs. You can only exit but not enter through the stairs. Just a bit annoying. They said it was for security. . Otherwise lovely stay

Staff Leo & Carmen at the front desk was amazing with assisting me with anything I needed.

Rooms did not come with its own iron board & iron - I had to make request from housekeeping for them,.

It excellent stay.
