"Short but sweet visit"

This hotel is conveniently located near multiple food options within walking distance and 2 minutes driving. The rooms are in great condition, and the complimentary breakfast is stocked with options for everyone. The staff was extremely accommodating. If the indoor pool were warm, this would easily be a five-star review.

"Great Experience"

Great visit to North Charleston to see daughter, son in-law and new grandson. Hotel was great - clean, super comfortable sleep (love mattress and pillows of all Hyatt hotels), great location close to everything, and excellent staff. Short trip to beaches, Charleston, and outlet shopping - also close to airport for quick weekend trip without traffic.

"FILTHY hotel and unsafe neighborhood"

Do not stay here. This place is filthy. The lobby was disgusting. The rooms were not clean. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like dog food. The check in staff were less than friendly and we did not feel safe in this location. Do not recommend.

I love traveling to North Charleston for the food, culture and history. My wife and her twin sister love to shop, which means that a lot of my money is being spined. But it's all good. I love the city and history in Charleston, SC.

It was appropriate for the price. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was hot, fresh and varied. One elevator is down but it appears they are replacing it at the moment. Pool was clean and well maintained. One service error when I asked for new bathroom linens to be brought to my room, the front desk said they would. Then failed to follow through. Possibly a misunderstanding as I expected daily service. Apparently this is no longer normal at most hotels. If front desk could focus more on their incoming guests, I think this hotel would be spot on. All that to say my wife and I will be staying there again in the future. Mostly well done Hyatt.

"Outstanding"

The staff at the front desk were all extremely friendly. I can’t remember their names, but the two ladies that helped me were awesome, and Alex was so friendly. Linda in the kitchen was amazing too.
