"Booking.com unreliable portal"

Regular shuttle bus, comfy beds. Great breakfast despite only having filter coffee available with the included breakfast. Other coffees were an additional extra!

Contacting the hotel via booking.com was neigh on impossible , sent several messages regarding our check in time (2am) and I go regarding shuttle buses. In the end had to call up the local number which was quite pricey as I only had a UK SIM card / plan. I think the issue is more with Booking.com than Hilton as on the phone the lady gave me the info I needed straight away. So the issue clearly lies with booking.com , will avoid using in the future and move to contact hotels directly.
