Was ok. Room service is not so good.

When I booked the hotel, I'm not sure what kind of room I'll get since this is my first trip to Bangalore, India. When we arrived at the hotel, I was surpised and pleased to find out the suite room we've got has a small living room area and kitchenette. The room is clean and well maintained with all facilities and amenities in place, including a bath robe.The friendly hotel staff gave us all the help needed. The Hotel is nicely situated at a non-busy street from the heavy traffic main road which makes the evening venture out to the town very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again if I go to Bangalore.

Excellent service by the staff, very friendly, always helpful and smiling. Great food at the restaurant (both Indian and European style), very clean and modern. Only the A/C in the room was too noisy and there was a bit of mold in the bathroom. Would certainly recommend and come back again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years. I must say the quality of service has always been exceptional. The staff is courteous, food is good, rooms are spotlessly clean and breakfasts are great. I will stay at Casa de Bengaluru every time I visit Bangalore.

Loved this hotel! It was very very very clean! Smelt good too. Only two gripes (which are indeed very petty). One: the breakfast buffet is quite limited, and two: the location is often a mission for autos to find. Tip: Ask hotel staff what to tell the auto when returning to the hotel from a day out. The room itself is exactly as it appears on the website; spacious and clean. Bathroom is clean too. I highly recommend this hotel. Near lots of nice restaurants. All in walking distance.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my sister, both in our 50's. Lovely quiet location, in a big noisy city. Beds were a delight after some of our other accomodation elswhere. For money this was excellent value. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

It took a while to find the hotel location. the hotel looks fabulous from inside. the staff were very supportive and cordial. the room was very clean and they took utmost care of the comfort. However, the cleanliness was not up to mark. the toilet was not cleaned the next day.Food at the hotel was excellent. the surroundings around the hotel is bad. there is only one lift and its very small for more than 5 people. the interiors of the room was excellent ( almost looked like a 4 star hotel)

We enjoyed our stay - the room we had was perfect for our needs and had all the conveniences required - including cooking facilities if required. The staff were very helpful- our queries were dealt with efficiently and courteously. The location suited us - a very attractive part of Bangalore with good shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the food and service in the hotel restaurant - well presented and fresh with very attentive and friendly staff.

Recently we stayed at Casa De Bengaluru and had one of the most comfortable experiences. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The staff were very professional and responded promptly to our requests. The breakfast provided were scrumptious and in a very clean environment. since I had booked the hotel on the internet and had no idea of the suburbs, I guess I was lucky that the hotel turned out to be in the great suburb of Koramangla. This location wasvery convenient for shopping and there were lots of eating places nearby. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my families and friends and this where I am going to stay when I visit Bangalore next time.Loved the place!
