"Such a great stay"

Such a well laid out and well appointed experience. Everything i needed was right there. Extra kudos to the woman who checked me in...she was so thoughtful. In fact, all the staff was attentive. One note, the shower curtain needs to be replaced and is too short. But that's so minor! I've stayed in 35 hotel nights in the past 6 weeks and this was by FAR the best facility. We'll done!

Everything was fine. Breakfast was definitely better than when I stay at Hampton. Cleaner breakfast buffet and tables. More variety and servers were always ready to help and kept serving dishes hot and filled, were constantly cleaning, and friendly.

Lovely, updated common area to relax and/or work on my laptop. Also appreciated the interior courtyard with trees and fall colors. My suite was very well laid out with excellent features and amenities.

"Beautiful hotel, frigid pool"

We stayed over weekend on a family trip. Room was clean, beds comfortable, hotel was nice, breakfast was good. I gave 4 stars only because my young kids were very disappointed the indoor pool was not heated. It was so cold maybe 65 degrees at best. Several families stopped by to get in the pool while we were there and only out there foot in and left. Please heat the pool, this is a beautiful facility!!
