We were turned away even though we had confirmation of a reservation so our credit card better not show a charge! We had to sleep at a rest area in our car!

They were over charging and they were mean all the time I was there

Didn't get the chance to see the room. We booked for a queen and when we got there, no we're available. Then he wanted to charge us more for 2 beds. We walked.

The clerk could have been a little apologetic, but acted like we were interfering.

Smoking room with no ashtrays. No soap to wash hands in bathroom. Toilet overflowed with each use! Beds creaked loudly all night long, ours and neighboring rooms!!! Sounded like metal being banged on the walls. Coffeepot in room was filthy!

O "café da manhã" não pode ser chamado de café da manhã. Aproveitam o café do dia anterior para a manhã seguinte. Cheiro ruim do quarto. Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Pessoal da recepção atente muito mau. Não tem higienização dos quartos diariamente.

Queen size bed not discussed until I arrived, bed was comfortable.

Room, Clean but in poor repair, (loose trim & rough plaster patches) B Sink did not drain quickly, toilet seat was cracked, floor was sticky to feet.

Clean and peaceful place to stay, and the price is the best part.

Room was disgusting. Bugs, loose wires, rusty open breaker box, paint chipped everywhere, stains, bad smell, hot air coming from the AC, smoke detector hanging, and was put in a smoking room which I did not request. When we asked to move rooms after seeing the state of it, the owner was extremely rude and immediately resorted to being disrespectful/yelling, and refused to move us until we asked about 5 times. Immediately gave excuses to how it was “our fault” and accused us of messing up the room, it was ridiculous and unacceptable. The area was unsafe and I was scared to even stay there. Bad vibes, rude and belligerent staff, and disgusting/unsafe rooms. Do not stay!
