The actual motel was fine.

The man at the check in desk was so rude! I booked on booking and it said pet fee was included in the price. The man then proceeded to charge us another fee for the dog. My husband let him know what it said on booking and he told my husband "so? You want a room or not? If so you give me the fee again!" He then tried to upcharge us again for a non smoking room. It definitely wasn't worth the end cost. We could have stayed at Hampton Inn for the same price. He also told us to be careful and keep our key with us because he wouldn't give us another one.

This place is more focused on maybe a single man. Place is a little scary. Rooms are very small. Beds r uncomfortable. If your just looking for a cheap place to lay your head so your not on the streets. This would be for you.

Pro’s:Was easy to find. Able to check in early Cons: lots of flys in room. water took forever to get hot. Horrible moldy wet carpet smell. Mold on tile in tub/shower. Only one electrical outlet that worked. No usb ports. Horrible LED light (should be outside) inside room

Location was good.

Staff was rude, pictures did not match what they show on website. Doors wear busted up, bed was very uncomfortable, place wasn't very clean, stuff was falling apart.

Its off the beaten path much closer to the downtown area and the childrens playgrounds, but worth it. The room is simply equipped with the microwave, coff maker and frig. Its clean, quiet and i did not notice neighbors or cars outside. Slept well. Hotel offers a breakfast of cereal, coffee and juice. Nice place. I will stay again.

Facility is in dire need of updates, remodeling, and general maintenance. Loud pattern polyester bed spreads are a relic of the past. Cigarette burns all over what is supposed to be a non smoking room sends a message that lots of smoking has occurred. So does the rancid smell.

The price was reasonable
