Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year. Pool is not operational as it is under maintenance. PLEASE BE ADVISED BEFORE YOU BOOK: THE PROPERTY IS OPEN AND CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION FOR A FULL RENOVATION . CONSTRUCTION AREAS WILL BE TAPED OFF AND NOT ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC SO PLEASE STAY OUT OF THESE AREAS. CONSTRUCTION WORK HOURS WILL BE FROM 8AM-5PM MONDAY-FRIDAY.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The staff here is amazing. Everyone is friendly and it has a "personally owned business" vibe. I enjoyed the location being walking distance from downtown.

The only thing that is inconvenient is pulling out of the parking lot when the light is red at the intersection bordering the property but nothing that the business can help!

Loved the remodel work! It was great and very clean.

The bathroom door hinges were loud and squeaky every time one of us went to the bathroom waking up the rest of the family. Manager didn't do anything to fix it while we stayed and that made our hard to get good restful sleep during our stay.

Apparently they remodeled. Beds were comfortable and having a mini-frig was a bonus. They also have a fish cleaning station. I'd stay again.

This hotel is the perfect example of ‘don’t judge a book by its cover.’ From the outside, it looks like an average motel, but once you open the room door, it feels like heaven! The room was very modern, clean, comfortable, and honestly way better than I expected. The guy at the reception was also very kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. I would rate the room 10/10. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

Newly remodeled rooms are very nice. Minimal noise penetration too.

One very small complaint -- there is no place to set soap, shampoo, etc. In the nice new shower except on the floor. They need to attach a small shelf with adhesives or even suction cups.
