Staff is friendly. The facilities are clean and has a good atmosphere, "material" design. Good breakfast and adjacent parking

The rooms are very basic. For a 4 star rating, the rooms are not there. We were given "accessible" room without asking us first, and the room/bathroom/shower was designed for wheelchair which made it very unpleasant (can't recall the last time I saw a shower with a curtain in a 4 star hotel....). We were disappointed with the room.

Das gesamte Team ist extrem freundlich, das seit jahrzehnten von der Familie geführte Hotel ist großartig, Einrichtung, Restauration, Bequemlichkeit und vieles mehr. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist prima. Die Zimmer schön und modern eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, ruhige Umgebung. Es werden Pakete für Besuche in Augsburg und für die Nutzung der Therme in Bad Wörishofen angeboten, top. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke an die Familie und das gesamte Team.
