"Warm welcome, warmer room."

Staff were friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

Even with a fan provided, the room was too warm for a comfortable nights sleep. In cooler weather, it would have been perfect.

Nice hotel, bedroom, lovely spacious living room & dining area and excellent breakfast. Friendly and accommodating owner, bike-friendly so was able to store my bike securely and safely inside. Convenient location close to the Promenade. Would recommend and use the hotel again in the future. Everything very clean and organised.

Location was fairly quiet, a small walk to the promenade. Lovely room-enough drawers and space to put your suitcase etc. Clean and had what you needed. Landlady was friendly

Check in could have been smoother-due to the landlady’s personal circumstances which couldn’t be helped-but was able to leave my bags. Also another couple were waiting outside which I then had to let in as no one came to the door bell and they hadn’t received a code to get in. Shower was a bit small to manoeuvre around but not much you can do about that-liked everything else. Bed was a bit hard but the actual furnishings etc were comfortable.

no one was around at 9am for breakfast order, the lights were off in the dininh room. The matteress was uncomfortable and had to try and sleep on the the other half of the bed. the shower cubile to small and water pressure was very low, na dno shwer gel.

"Nice touches."

The Kenley is a good little B&B just a stones throw from the seafront. Tram stop at top of the road takes you straight to town centre or do an enjoyable 20 minute walk. The room (2) was cleaned to a high standard & with nice touches to the decor, all run by very friendly & accommodating staff.

Lightning poor in bathroom.
