ห้องพักไม่สะอาด เครื่องนอนเก่า ดูสกปรก พนักงานไม่มีความเข้าใจเรื่องการทำใบเสร็จสำหรับผู้เข้าพัก และไม่ยอมออกใบเสร็จ หรือใบกำกับภาษีให้ผู้เข้าพัก เราแจ้งเงื่อนไขการเข้าพักแล้วกว่าเขาจะออกใบเสร็จ และใบกำกับภาษีให้ใช้เวลานานมาก และทำแบบไม่เต็มใจ เป็นการเขียนใบเสร็จแบบใช้มือเขียน ดูไม่เป็นมืออาชีพเลย และไม่เขียนรายการรายละเอียดการเข้าพัก (folio )ให้กับลูกค้า เราแนบใบเสร็จใบที่รูปภาพอธิบายยังไงเขาก็ไม่ยอมเข้าใจ เราต้องใช้ใบเสร็จไปทำการเบิกต้นสังกัด การที่โรงแรมเข้าร่วมโครงการขอให้ท่านอธิบายข้อกำหนดให้โรงแรมเข้าใจด้วยนะคะอย่าให้คนอื่นได้เจอเหตุการณ์แบบนี้อีก เราก็ผิดหวังกับการจอง ที่พักของ booking ไปด้วย เสียความรู้สึกจริงๆ

The location Clean confortable. Staff Ok. But unable to comunicate. Too much. Just basisic. Need to smile be tourist friendly. Breakfast excellent. Staff in resturant and cleaners nice friendly Receotion just lazy
