we arrived at this hotel and just the view and the smell of the hotel was the first thing to hit us. It smelled amazing. Just smell clean and fresh and all management and hotel staff were just amazing everyone in good spirits happy to help all of them went above and beyond all the way down to the housekeeper saying hello asking how your day was just from the beginning to the end this was an absolute the best day we’ve ever had and we’re traveling basketball Tman and we travel from August until March all year long playing games in different states and this is by far the best hotel that we have ever been in and let’s not forget to mention the breakfast and the milk was actually cold. Start to finish five stars easily we appreciate everyone and everything for this amazing stay. Cybrena Davis was my point of contact and she was the best i’ve worked with !! My guys and I had the best trip !!

The location was excellent. This hotel is tucked behind a sizable shopping area and close to different restaurants making meeting up with local friends a breeze. I bribed my children into joining through the pool access and they loved it. That combined with a wonderful breakfast buffet and an excellent belgian waffle machine made this a great trip.

There was only one aspect that I didnt like but the front desk staff were going to make an effort to fix it. I thought the room had a pull out couch since we had 5 people but it did not. However, the gentlemen at the front desk offered to fix this issue with another bed but one of the kids was ok with sleeping on the floor after I made a pillow fort.

Simone was the nicest person I have ever met when checking into a hotel. She explained everything I needed to know without having to ask. She made sure that I was comfortable and had everything to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend her and the Hampton inn of Brier Creek NC to everyone I speak with for sure. Best night of my and my wife’s life thank you guys soooo much!!!

The staff WAS EXCEPTIONAL, from the moment I walked in I was treated with so much kindness and gratitude. Sy came over during breakfast to assist me with some directions and even printed a map to help me with my travels back to Virginia. I really appreciate her taking the time to do so on such a busy morning. We look forward to returning for future appointments in the area and staying with you again

Booked a room and not even given that type of room. A king room booked. Received the message to check in and choose a room. When I went to the rooms available it gave us 2 options that were both handicap accessible rooms. That is not the type of room we booked so I messaged the hotel and was kindly told we were upgraded to a king suite. Sleeps 3. That was great news! When we arrived to the hotel at check in things were good. She asked if we still needed a rollaway as I requested and I said no it was ok we would just use the sleeper bed sofa. We got into the beautiful room and went to make the bed up before going to dinner and guess what the sofa isn’t a sleeper!! Went to the front desk and was told sorry we are completely sold out for tonight and we couldn’t get a rollaway or another room. So now what we are to sleep 3 adults in a king bed?? Not acceptable. Sorry your hotel booked and sold out. You didn’t oblique to the room we originally booked. Well we were eventually given a different room in a sold out hotel. Downgraded to a room with 2 doubles. If I wanted that type of room I would have booked it from the start. We could also not change the temp in the room because of the loud sound the vent. We are Honor members and use Hilton hotels as our traveling brand. I was disappointed in this happening. If I had paid for this room using my real money and not points I would have went someplace else! I feel taken advantage of. Other “paying” guests probably were given rooms at check in or when booked. Using points for this booking sounds like we were taken advantage of. We weren’t upgraded as well! A total waste of using points at this location. Anyways… the hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent.
