Location and breakfast were excellent.

Had a terrible experience. First off, the 2 rooms we booked weren't available. So we were "upgraded" to larger and older rooms that were extremely far from the reception. These rooms had poor lighting, were smelly and the AC was barely working. On letting the reception know that we didnt like the rooms, they gave us some other rooms that were tiny and again had a strange smell. On the second day, they shifted us to our original rooms and again the AC in both our rooms were not working properly. We had to request them several times before someone came and fixed it. Secondly, we felt discriminated towards on our nationalty. The hotel has a strange policy toward "laundry bags". While most hotels give them away for free, this one does not. So, in all the room shifting that we had to do, at the time of checking out, one of the laundry bags were missing. We usually like to use the laundry bags for our shoes or wet beach clothes so there is a possibility that it was misplaced. However, upon checking out, two of the receptionists made a big deal over the missing laundry bag. They raised their voices, spoke to my parents disrespectfully, and accused us of stealing it. All for a laundry bag. Their behaviour was not appropriate, and honestly very embarrassing for us. Then, one of the receptionists picked up the phone and aggressively spoke to someone in Thai repeatedly saying "Indian, Indian, Indian". Upon confronting her as to why she brought our nationality in the picture, she froze, almost as if I understood everything she said. I asked her for her name and said that I would have to lodge a complaint. It was only then that she decided to calm down. Just then the manager, Pat, arrived, who was quick to diffuse the situation. She apologised for the behaviour of the staff and took responsibility, saying that it was a management and training failure on their end.

Chambre spacieuse Très bon emplacement près des restaurants et de la route principale mais tout en restant dans une rue très calme et reculée du bruit Le cadre est exceptionnel, plein de verdure Bon petit déjeuné Personnel accueillant La douche en extérieur est sympathique Trois piscines ce qui permet de ne pas en avoir une avec énormément de monde Accès à la plage plus rapide par l’hôtel

Le matelas du lit est extrêmement dur et inconfortable même avec un sur matelas au dessus, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un hôtel de cette gamme Manque d’éclairage dans la chambre malgré un grand nombre de lampes, aucune n’éclaire fort Il faut prévoir un bon anti moustique, beaucoup de moustiques dehors du fait de la verdure Clim bruyante Carte du restaurant un peu cher

Le cadre m’est surtout le réceptionniste Charles, souriant aimable et serviable un vrai professionnel. Il a rendu notre séjour plus qu’agréable. The setting is mainly the receptionist Charles, smiling friendly and helpful a true professional. He made our stay more than pleasant.
