"A friendly and warm welcome from the Hotel staff"

Nice room, clean, and comfortable. Convenience area to travel around, especially when you go to the main gate you will be able to get a taxi very fast and the place you wanted to go. Near to the street walk, beach and shopping malls. Last but no least for those who love to drink, pub around the area, at walking distance.

2 nites in beverly plaza was good. The hotels staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful... I felt so comfortable staying in beverly... I will definitely come back again to hotel beverly plaza

"wrong information, dirty room , bathroom"

Hey guys ,I am from New Zealand.I have booked this hotel through hotels.com. I had very bad experienced to stay in this hotel . When I was booking this hotel they show me different picture of my room and once I arrived in hotel they give me very dirty and bad room.I have discussed with hotel manager but she didn't help me at all .On that day I was very tired after long travelling from NZ and I asked them to change the room the hotel staff said we have this room available only and I have no option to hang around to look for other hotel . They didn't give me any other option and I have forced my self to stay this hotel because I have paid full amount of room for 3 days and they dont want to refund my money.I have request them to give me double bed but they give me two single bed instead of double bed. Finally I paid lot of money to sleep of single bed instead of double bed. I told them why you put the different picture on hotels.com website.They said sorry we forget the change the photo on website.Bathroom was disgusting, room was crepe. I wont recommended anyone this hotel.Specially I would like to inform hotels.com they must check those hotels information when they upload on their website.

"hotel beverly plaza"

Hotel didnt have electric kettle in room. U had to ask for hot water from their staff in order to have hot water to make coffee. There wassnt enough sachets in room so i had to keep requesting extra sachets for coffee. Hotel charges 300 baht per day if u wanted to bring a person to room even thou the original booking was for 2 people.
