Modern and well maintained property with stunning pool. Excellent customer service.

The Dining area seating(bench), it’s far too soft/sink. Unfortunately the hotel is on the main road and lacking of parking spaces, there is also a high voltage electric pole next to the car park that made some scary noise. No kids pool.

In a quiet area of pattaya, good for family vacation,

Access to rooms allocated is extremely inconvenient: a flight of stair-service/passenger elevator-flight of stair-dark corridor, no beach

"Kram it all in when you are in Pattaya"

The private pool villa was lovely. The baht buses were great for getting to the action of Pattaya. The staff at Kram were lovely and late check out was great for late flight home.

The air con wasn't the best and there was no air con in the bathroom. The private pool villa could do with more privacy as it felt akin to a goldfish bowl during the day with onlookers.
