elevator was not working on 4th floor, not informed of that except for a sign on the 4th floor elevator door. very inconvient since I use a walker and cannot go up and down stairs. I specified a handicap accessible bathroom, apparently they think a grab bar makes a tub accessible. didn't seem to care. I cancelled my reservation and went to another hotel

Limited parking due to construction. Someone was playing music all night long up to 3 am!

The breakfast was a small selection and the eggs and sausage was terrible tasting it was horrible even the butter for the toast was nasty

The elevator was broke on my floor and my husband has a bad leg and had to walk up and down the stairs when we left 😏
USUSUSIt was walking distance to all major stores and gas stations and restaurants and the pool and hot tub was clean and the breakfast was great!! Good eating area at the hotel lobby ! Was 30mins from the beach and 35 mins from a springs !! Rooms look clean .
The smell of mold those from the carpets or AC unit I couldn’t sleep it smelled like a super 8 motel I think they need new carpets or clean them !! It looked clean but smelled bad! I Was switched 2 times from room 322 to room 422 because of the smell alone and then also the refrigerator wouldn’t work .

Getting to it was a bit circuitous… the pool was dirty and the hot tub was non functional. The ice maker was non functional. Garbage overflowing by the elevator. Sticky floor by the elevator ( even the maid said so). The soap in the shower was empty. The breakfast was standard but underwhelming to say the least. I could go on
