"Beautiful hotel right on the river"

This hotel is so classy. It does not boast the cavernous and impersonal foyer, it has a wonderfully intimate feel with small quiet spaces everywhere. Our room included breakfast which was buffet and encompassed Japanese, European and Chinese cuisine. We travelled for business so had a bit of a hike to the industrial zones we had meetings at, but taxis were reliable and it was worth travelling a little further to come home to such a peaceful place.

"Excellent"

The quality of th food wasn't that great, but I guess that's the case for much it China. I ate ate the grand Hyatt and park Hyatt whilst in Shanghai and it wasn't exactly up to 5 star standards.

"Getting A Little Tired"

Have stayed here on previous occasions and feel hotel is starting to get a little "tired". Carpets need to be changed and lighting in rooms need upgrading as it is too dim. Staying at the restaurant for a few nights, the buffet menu especially, needs some added variety.

"GORGEOUS HOTEL ON THE SEA"

I RECENTLY STAYED AT THE SHANGRI-LA HOTEL IN WENZHOU CHINA. THIS HOTEL WAS AMAZING. IT WAS CLEAN, GREAT SETTING, FOOD AWESOME . THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE. ON MY NEXT TRIP TO WENZHOU, I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN....

Excellent hotel with very good facilities. Access to the Horizon Club was especially helpful as the city is 10-15 mins away. Beautiful views and quiter than staying in the city.

"Closest good hotel to the airport."

Nice hotel. It will take 30 minutes or so to get there from the airport. Not much else is any closer. The hotel is nice. Not much around it, but the river walk is cool.
