It was ok overall. Convient for why i was there. The overnight staff was not willing to do much. Couldn't be bother to get extra towels, have water, cups or coffee out. And did not engage with people staying.

"Disappointed!!!"

breakfast was not all that good for $12. came back to a clean room with NO towels. called front desk and was ABSOLUTELY ignored and told there were no clean towels in the entire hotel. wife and I had to dry off with face cloths and hand towels...usually LOVE Holiday Inn...this trip NOT SO MUCH

We had a great room, very spacious. The restaurant was good.

We apparently got a room upgrade and I was not informed of the increase charge.
