Holiday Inn Express Troutville-Roanoke North by IHG

This is the first Holiday Inn express that we stayed at in the last two years that refused to give you water when you arrived. They would rather charge you $2.50 plus tax. The room itself was decent. The light in the bathroom was not very bright and the hot water was definitely not very hot. I wouldn’t have even put these on here except for the fact that they couldn’t give us water a relatively inexpensive way to please your members.

Everything was great. The staff was nice and accommodating and the room was large, clean and quiet. We had a wedding in Troutville and the hotel was very convenient to the wedding venue.

We stayed here for one night. The room was fairly clean. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were very friendly.

Hotel was clean and well-located, perfect for our purposes. Husband said the breakfast was really good. I was surprised at how large the room was! Great experience overall.

Room and overall property were very clean. Bedding was super comfortable. Plenty of amenities, plus easy and ample parking. If in the area would definitely stay here again!

The location was convenient. The hotel in which we typically like to stay at was booked out.

We had to book two rooms because they didn't allow more than 5 people in one room. We were two adults and three children. The breakfast options were moderate and the hygienic could have been better. The rooms were OK.
