Nice, kind of expensive

Very clean hotel

The property staff are very welcoming; valet parking is really well organized. Security if very, very good. I was a bit concerned about the elevator maintenance - pretty shaky and noisy going up and down. Hair dryer in room was not working.

Easy check in, love that valet included, all the staff were so pleasant happy and welcoming. The room was perfect we definitely will be booking again

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for years, the last two times has been terrible!! When we arrived to check in the line in the main lobby must of had fifty people in it with only two people running the front counter. Now I realize it is around check in time, but a hotel if this statue should plan ahead for the when the rooms are as much as they are. Customer service is not your number one priority here, in fact a older couple walked up and were amazed how long the line was she quoted “I’m not standing in this line” and her husband called someone a higher up from the hotel showed up pushed him to the front of the line. Now this I understand for VIP’s the problem was they couldn’t get him checked in and now at this point put us down to one person checking in people for roughly 25 minutes. Why couldn’t the other gentleman stay and assist in checking people in were we not important enough? I will probably be taking my business to MGM again after this incident.
