"One night stay on road trip"

The hotel looked nice The location was a easy walk to shops. The staff were good.

Unfortunately the meal of fish and chips in the restaurant was bad.... the fish in batter was all batter and the extra chunky chips were under cooked. We also waited a while after, as a large group of people came in and not much attention was payed to us, so decided not to have a dessert. We didn't complain about the meal at the time, but wish I had as it wasn't cheap. We pre-paid extra over the phone for 1 hour spa, which was disappointing, very small pool with jets in, not big enough to swim. A sauna and steam room.
