It okay. But when it goes time to shower, no water . No pressure. Waiting for more than 40 min for the water. 💦 i walk to the office and i told him.and he said” okay imma open for the pressure more . And give it time. Ridiculous…. And i called again..

El desayuno "incluido" solo era café plátanos y pan. No tuvimos agua para bañarnos, las colchas rotas y manchadas, la puerta de baño no cerraba, el frigobar tenía el congelador lleno de hielo y no enfriaba bien y los contactos eléctricos no servían todos.

We enjoyed restful sleep because our room was behind the pool and the hotel was not crowded. There was a glitch with Expedia’s payment so out check-in was delayed until I spoke with customer service. I would like an explanation and/or a comp. from Expedia (good luck) for the mix up.
