Check in and out customer service needs improvement. Age of hotel shows on inside of room and outside of hotel. Beds are good.

"No Clean Rooms"

The room we stayed in had not been cleaned. They wanted to put us in another room but it had not been cleaned either. They gave us clean sheets and we had to change the beds and sanitize the room. If not for getting in at a late hour we would have stayed there. Very poor service. I will not stay there again.

One of the best hotels in velly Very good customer service and good brake fast room is very clean and all restaurants and Walmart on walking distance outlets close by border in 10 minuets what else you wants go and stay at this hotel trust me you love it

"Great place!"

The rooms are very nice and they are also clean. The owners and the staff are all very nice and they are also very accommodating. It is a great location and pretty quiet. They also allow dogs for a small fee. We will stay here again.
