Location, cleanliness, staff was great

Not enough parking and only 1 parking pass , but I do understand why.

Booking.com did not inform us ahead of time that we needed a code for entry. We arrived at the condo location early and didn't know how to proceed to check in. The management company was no help. Finally, we received a text from booking.com with the code and check in instructions. We should have been made aware that we needed them ahead of time, it would have saved us a lot of confusion and wasted time. Booking.com did not communicate well or timely.. I am disappointed with their customer service this time.

The location.

The room was dirty, the dishes were all filthy. Had to rewash everything before we can make anything on them. The counter has something all over it. The floors were Sandy, and the only thing that appeared to have been done was the beds were made. Another problem with this property is it is not stated in the description that no bikes or trailers are allowed, let alone there is extremely limited parking for a full-size vehicle. I only found out that the bike and trailer are not allowed on the property after I purchased in a text message that also stated there is no refunds For a property located in a tourist community that host bike week do not allow people to have motorcycles on their property is ridiculous especially when you do not state it in the description of the property that they are not allowed until after you paid and booked your room.

Everything was great. Ignore any bad reviews you read about this place. We are a family of four and I myself am hard to please. We are use to staying in houses, this was last minute and it was an awesome week.

There's nothing that we didn't like.
