Sandpebble Beach Club Surfside Beach a Ramada by Wyndham

We stayed at this property for a weekend in March. While the overall unit was clean, there were several issues that had me downgrading the score. First, the unit is advertised as having a hot tub and pool - it had neither; there is no pool and the hot tub was completely closed with a huge dirt pile around it, renovation (?) not sure. Also, none of the outlets in either bathroom worked and none of the bedroom TVs worked either! I can't believe these items are not QC'd by housekeeping/staff prior to the next arrival(!) When I brought up these major maintenance issues to the Sandpebble, they essentially said "too bad," and take it up with the 3rd party contractor (!). Which I eventually did. Until these items get fixed, along with very misleading advertising, I would not stay here again. They don't stand by their product and definitely don't seem to care about their customers.

I can not say enough good about this location. Clean, can't beat the view, super comfortable bed and pillows. I need to know what kind of matress. Havent had a good night sleep until here. Love love love!!! I WILL BE BACk! Thank you for opening yhis place up for people like me. So relaxing!

Awesome location right on the beach. Great value

The space is large for 2 and offers amazing views from the master bedroom and living room area. The kitchen is stocked with the basic pots/pans/dishes/utensils, I always take a good knife with me. The space isn’t the most modern or up to date, however it was open, clean and comfortable . There is a sign on the outside of the building with an arrow pointing to check in which was confusing to a couple of guest, I was able to advise them to check their text messages for self check in instructions. Self check in was easy and expectations on how to maintain the condo was clear. We absolutely enjoyed staying here!

Absolutely love the property great location very clean. Had everything we needed in the room already a lot of space for the price.

To be honest, the property was great, but I do feel like it’s a little outdated, especially with The luggage carts!! I hated that it did not have a pool or a Jacuzzi, but I knew that going into it, which was not the end of the world, considering the beaches right behind you!! Also I believe if you have children, I think they should give you a ground level floor because we had a neighbor that was below us that obviously did not like footsteps whatsoever and I have a five-year-old that does like to walk around and play so for it to be a kid friendly area and place to stay I think they should accommodate just a little different when you have children!! Honestly had nothing to do with the property itself. It was just the neighbors wanted to go to bed at 7

Loved the location and cleanliness!

Few minor issues but didn’t affect my stay!

This place was amazing and way more beautiful than we expected! It had a perfect view of the beach, easy access as well, and in a great location that wasn’t super congested. We will definitely be back and Stay for our next trip.

The beds were comfortable and the view was great but the toaster was broken, and we had issues with the drains in the showers.

Amenities list a hottub. It is under construction and not available. Also the number listed for contact is no longer available as of this posting. I did look up an alternate number for them and they advised me they moved offices and the new number wasnt updated yet. The king bed was comfortable, but the twin beds are VERY firm. Fantastic oceanfront view.
