"Stay was a bit disappointing but all in all it was ok"

Location wise it was ok

1) None of the windows opened so no fresh air. 2) Room cleaning service was not carried out on several occasion. 3) the shower in room1403 was broken and did not stay up . The shower arm needs to be changed. 4) the wi fi was very erratic and did not work majority of the time.
