I liked the location - proximity to metro and several restaurants. Views of the metro-line and city in general is beautiful.

I felt the room interiors needed some upscaling to give customers the luxury experience they expect from a popular hotel chain.

It is very close to the city, I lost my payment when I tried with the phone pay, I haven’t received any support from your side to sort it out, I have added some screenshots of the payment that I made at the first time. Pls do some needful

"Selected this hotel for a family weekend out but totally disappointed"

First of all the booking system also well faked on not showing or warning that my booking didn’t included the breakfast. My bad experience started there

My room was only provided one bath/face towel for 3of us, shower shampoo bottle and hand wash dispenser both was empty. Totally not expected this type of services from a five star hotel my second room also no conditioner in the dispenser totally disappointed we book this hotel for a family weekend out but never book again or recommend to anyone unless they totally improve
