Extremely rude staff and management. Over priced and in need of updating facility. Would not stay here again.

Not clean. Old. Not friendly staff. They make a big deal about pets. Coffe machine in room had water in it for who knows how long. Water was filmy white. Chettos under cushion of couch as if they NEVER clean. I would not say again or recommend to anyone.

Ive stayed here during the summer over 10 years. It’s a perfect place in DL to stay. The beach area is clean. Food is good. Easy parking. Bedding is soft and comfy. Room was spotless.

Everything went well we had our grandchildren with us too so with the weather not being the greatest, the pool was great. They had a ball we went troll hunting, and that was a lot of fun. The only thing we had to leave on Monday late afternoon for a family emergency everything was fine but we were just wondering if we could get some credit back

Getting a receipt took 3 days and should not be that complicated. --multiple phone calls and messages Bar /restaurant could have more choices

Great, fun place to stay

The hotel and outside area is nice. The train is loud, so opt for a lakeside room if you can. I would recommend dining anywhere else, the restaurant is very slow.
