Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Parken unkompliziert und das gesamte Ambiente sehr ansprechend.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was really well situated for the U-Bahn/public transport to explore Hamburg. Our room was comfortable and had a nice little terrace too (though overlooking residential buildings). The breakfast buffet was really great - it had everything you would need.

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't - it would be good to have better pillows and give option to have extras. The bath/shower was functional but could really do with a non-slip matt inside as pretty easy to slip as the bath was used as the shower as well. The glass screen could also do with being a bit wider so you don't splash water everywhere. We had dinner in the restaurant twice; the first night was good but the second which was on a Saturday was really not great. The waiters were clearly under pressure (and maybe the kitchen too), as it took forever to take our order and then even longer to get our food (more than 1 hour) - and the food was average at best though the price was pretty high. We used the restaurant due to the convenience of it, but if we had had more time, we would have gone somewhere else. The hotel advertises parking, which they do have but there is a cost of Euros25 per night. This should be clearer to their guests. The parking was one of the reasons we chose to stay there.
