Everyone was so nice and helpful and everything was very clean

They try every possible way to make sure you won’t be able to stay if you book through expedia, you WONT get money back.

When I arrived at 2 to check in, they said the room was not ready and I would have to wait. I came back to the desk at 3 (my Expedia check-in time) and I was told the room was still not ready and it would be at least another 30 minutes. The property was a B-. The room was a B

The staff were extremely friendly, the property was very clean and the decor was elegant. There was a gym, indoor and outdoor pools, laundry facilities, a business center, lodge area inside and outdoors as well by a fireplace. I was blown away at the accommodations and amenities. I ate the restaurant/bar and the food and service were too notch. I can’t wait to stay again.

The staff at the bar and front desk are amazing.
