"The location and pool facility made the stay."

Location was perfect and beautiful. Pool was lovely. Not happy that so many chairs in prime positions at the pool were 'reserved' for people who never showed up. Beach - very tiny but fine.

Tea / coffee station in the room. Glass cups not cheap plastic ones. Information in English on room service, if available. Restaurant for evening meal was extremely poor. Food was awful for both our mains. Sent the salad back. Food looked like it was thrown on the plate. 4 medium prawns for €28. Service was poor. Breakfast - okay but nothing special. Not even a toaster. Had to search for someone to get tea or coffee. 6 large, beautifully cooked and presented prawns for €22 down the road with excellent service.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were excellent, friendly, and always willing to help. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for the great hospitality!
