La localisation du lodge est parfaite, tout pourrait être parfait.

L'offre est une offre de masse. Rien a voir avec le prix ... qui pour un service tel niveau de prestation est prohibitif. Ceci se ressent jusqu'à la motivation du personnel parfois mobilisé pour bien faire parfois découragé. Le restaurant/buffet est d'une qualité tout à fait moyenne : l'offre est plus en adéquation avec la partie "camp" du lodge. Les chambres : étaient vraisemblablement un vrai atout à la construction : face à la forêt, sans vis à vis, distantes les une des autres sous forme de bungalows. Mais voilà elle sont vieillissante, les climatiseurs sont bruyants, l'eau chaude, tiède.

La ubicación es buena. Cerca de la puerta de entrada al parque y en una colina que da unas vistas muy bonitas

Veníamos de alojarnos en King Nehale, otro hotel de la misma compañía y pensábamos que el estándar sería el mismo y no lo es. La limpieza de la habitación necesita mejorar. Tambien necesita reformar algunas instalaciones, nuestra puerta ni cerraba

Property is nice

Buffet is too expensive for quality of products and choice. Staff isn’t taking care of customer. We had to set up our breakfast table alone cause no one was taking care of you while they were less than busy.
