I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Pacific in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The hotel is truly excellent, offering very comfortable and well-maintained rooms that made my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. What made my experience especially memorable was the outstanding service at the reception. The two receptionists, Sivling and Sreynith, were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. In particular, they assisted me a lot with planning my daily activities, giving helpful advice and making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Thanks to their support and the overall high quality of the hotel, I can highly recommend Hotel Pacific to anyone visiting Phnom Penh. It’s a great place with great people!

Great AC, comfy bed, clean. We stayed only one night because we were getting on the airport bus (which is walkable) and it was a good stay.

We had the street view and it was incredibly loud until midnight with super loud music. It could have possibly been because of the New Year but we couldn’t sleep until it stopped. If you can’t sleep with noise, get a room away from the street.
