"Perfect location, mismanaged"

The location is absolutely perfect

The facilities were relatively fine but the staff and management felt below average from what you expect from Seoul. Several occurencesillustrate the issues: * The sheets were replaced and room vacuumed only once a week and only after we asked. That's frankly unacceptable. * We asked for a fork at reception so we can eat there and were told it can only be given to us in our room. Acceptable but strict. * We were given a cake on the first day, but it was spoiled. Nearly vomitted. * Laundary service is extremely costly. The price of landering a single shirt is the price of that shirt in the shops outside. (Go to a laundermat) Overall the hotel's saving grace is its perfect location, it feels like it lacks a firm and experienced manager which motivates the staff. I would unfortunately not recommend at my price.
