The rooms and the pool area were both delightful. The accommodations were spacious and well-appointed, creating a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The quality of the food served for breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. Each dish was freshly prepared and delicious, making it a memorable meal. Additionally, the hotel and rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The quiet ambiance provides a peaceful retreat in the bustling city, allowing for a relaxing stay.

The staff were genuinely lovely, always smiling and accommodating, and the room itself was spacious enough. We also received a 50% discount on our bill, although it came with conditions.

However, the hotel doesn’t feel like a true 4-star property. The room had the smell and feel of an old house, which was unsettling, and the balcony door lock wasn’t working, making it feel unsafe to sleep. The towels had visible stains, and the shower/toilet area flooded due to poor drainage, leaving a bad smell in the room. The hotel also advertised a gym/fitness centre, but there was none. On top of that, there was no iron or ironing board available, so we ended up wearing creased clothes to a fine dining dinner since even hot water wasn’t provided to steam them out. We were also pressured to leave a 5-star TripAdvisor review during check-in in exchange for the discount, which didn’t feel right.
