Personal war nicht begeistert als wir gemeldet haben, dass unsere Klima nicht funktioniert. Sie haben nur schwer eingewilligt sich das anzuschauen. Am Ende haben sie es nicht geschafft. Sie haben es nicht mal geschafft, dass Fenster aufzusperren, um es komplett aufmachen zu können. Es waren die ganze Zeit 26 Grad Celsius im Zimmer. Das ist leider nicht angenehm.

Seems like the hotel is trying to spare on toilet paper which is shameful. Price quite high (same as 4 star Radisson next to Campanile) and they never answer phone calls. Communication through messages is fast but they dont always seem to understand the problem. Air conditioning seems to be either broken or very difficult to operate. Otherwise fine. Very clean and quite.
