"Pleasantly surprised"

We needed a place outside of Houston and booked this one. We didn't expect much but we were pleasantly surprised. Lots of parking space, friendly staff and quick check in. clean, comfortable room. I have seen some negative reviews below but we didn't experience any of that. Even breakfast was included. Nice stay and would stay again if needed

Maria who did the daily breakfast had a smile ever morning the food was fresh-hot and she made sure you had everything you needed I give her a 10

I had a problem with house keeping. I was not aware that if you had a do not disturb on your door after 7 am you didn’t get service. I complained daily. Spoke with manager 7/8/25 and told him I wasn’t happy he said I will take care of you, that day my room was not done until 2:20 they never left me any towels. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel I worked hard to save money to go there almost 1800.00 I don’t think I will ever go back service was bad.

"The Chmeliks"

The king size bed was comfortable, liked the pool, and close to anything you would need,and wonderful breakfast.

Our carpet in our room still had crumbs like nobody vacuumed it. Pool restrooms were dirty, other than all was good.

DONT STAY HERE!!! I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! So nasty!!! Food all over the floor, hair in the shower. Got moved to another room smelled stale, turned on the ac and it was making a horrible loud sound and there was brown liquid on the window seal. Canceled our reservation. The manager Jay is horrible too!! DONT STAY HERE!!
