Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Greensboro - Airport Area by IHG

It was very clean.... nice breakfast.... the beds were super comfy.

After waiting over an hour past the check in time waiting for our room to be “ready” even though about ten-fifteen others family came checked in and were able to go to their rooms, we remained patient and waited….. the day of our checkout while we were downstairs eating breakfast while my husband stayed back in bed sleeping and even though check out is at 11, the cleaners walked right into the room while he was asleep ready to clean at 9 am. They opened the door with their key and walked right in, he thought it was us coming in and asked us how breakfast was and that’s when they realized they room was still being occupied. The breakfast tasted great but there was only one person taking care of the breakfast and it was definitely felt, she was very upset the food kept running out and towards the end of my breakfast people were coming back to the tables with empty plates. And I’m not too sure how our room took longer then needed to be “cleaned” because as we left I asked my kids to check under the tables and beds to ensure nothing was getting left behind and they found Cheetos in the corners and we never took chips in the room. So there’s that.

Very nice hotel with very professional and polite staff.

Very clean , helpful and pleasant staff. Very nice facility. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next adventure. We didn’t eat the breakfast but will have to next time. Also swimming pool too . Very modern and conveniently located to high point and greeensboro .

The property was beautiful and very clean.

Hotel is in a good centralized location to access airport and towns.

We stayed here for one night while dropping our son off to High Point University. It was fine. It is clean which is high on our priority list. A couple of times we heard loud, very loud, airplanes fly over. It’s nothing fancy.

Super clean and fully stocked room. Bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff and decent breakfast options. Very close to the airport. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

Super quiet. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Very welcoming. Well kept and clean. For a family of five, we had plenty of space to move around. Kids had a blast in the pool. Very positive experience!

I really like this hotel. It’s always clean, the people and staff are really friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is always hot and good. The rooms are also very clean. The only problem I had was the fact they no longer offer shuttle service to the airport during early morning hours. I had to take an Uber in order to get to the airport by 5:00am. This is a game changer, and unfortunately it may force me to stay at another hotel next time I’m in Greensboro.
