"Front desk and Karen the cook were awesome! Maids and their service were awful!!"

Breakfast was ok. Karen was nice. Front desk associates were attentive and nice.

Maid service was awful!!! Friday the maids held the elevator door on the first first for close to 5 minutes with a lot of giggling. I could hear them from the 5th fl.. They released the door after I banged on it. The 5th fl maid came up with it and got an attitude when I asked why they held it. Saturday the maid (different one from Friday) did not provide service even though she came to the room across from mine just as we were leaving. Our DND sign was not on the door as she told the front desk after we complained. Sunday or Monday several times there were giggle parties outside our room door. I sorta felt the noise and lack of care from the maids were intentional after I complained about them holding the elevator door that Friday.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and recommended an Italian restaurant that was a short walk down the busy but sidewalked street. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC unit was typically hotel loud but pumped out cold air. Same with the little refrigerator worked well but loud. The breakfast was good typical hotel fare. Coffee was good. We had to cancel one night of our stay. We booked through Expedia and we were refunded the difference quickly with no problem. If you are in Hope Mills and need a couple nights stay I would recommend it.

Friendly staff, attentive to needs. Rooms were clean and nice. Close to every food option, most walking distance. Needs were comfy. Adequate breakfast. Some bulbs out in lighted mirror on bathroom. Also need a flat bench in the right room. Other than that, excellent stay.
