"Denied my prepaid carf"

I booked two nights with my free 2 night stay . When arrived she asked for a bank card for deposit of $50 Refused any card I had. Which I had stay 3 weeks ago for 3 nights and accepted my card for deposit. I had no where else to go was left to stay in my car.

Just about to receive the key to my room when I am asked if I have a pet with me. Yes, of course, I do, I responded. Then she points to a sign behind her head that reads: NO PETS ALLOWED. Take it and shove it!

For the price, which was one of the cheapest, it was much better than other similar priced motels/hotels. Deposit is $50. Not listed on here and it's annoying when it doesn't tell you (it applies to all hotels/motels, so not just this one). The great thing is that it was release back to my bank in 1 day. Ive had my funds released back in less than a day consistently at some hotels (Hilton in Folsom) and yet takes days at others (Hyatt rabcho). I honestly don't believe that it's up to the bank for when your funds get credit back then it's all on the hotel. Luckily this place returns your money pretty fast. Overall I felt safe-ish, plenty of parking. Great value for the cash.

The rooms are clean and do have a fridge. There are no coffee pots but they do have coffee available in the office. Continental breakfast is one small pastry per person. The main issue I had was the WIFI. It’s incredibly slow and often makes you log on several times within an hour.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The location is in west sacramento, close to shopping and dining.
