Very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Sille. The restaurant has limited menu, but great quality food.

Convenient and short walk from Hurtigruten and Havila terminals. Nice rooms with excellent shower pressure and temperature. Excellent service - Staff was very helpful with changing of room and luggage. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, the best I had so far. Will be back again.

The hotel was in a great location for walking along the pier and the staff was very friendly. We ran into two issues. First our room was 339 and it was in a separate building which requires some navigating and also 2 sets of stairs AFTER using the elevator, which was kind of awkward. Then the odor from the garage permeated into the elevator and into our vehicle. There must be some other place to keep the garbage or at least a way to keep the smell down. Other than that we had a great stay and the breakfast buffet was wonderful!!!

Ankom på kvelden med to små barn, fikk tildelt rom i nærheten av pub/utested. Der var det endel støy, så kontaktet resepsjonen for å sjekke mulighet for å bytte rom. Dette ble ordnet kjapt og med et smil. Vi fikk et roligere rom og sov kjempegodt. Fantastisk service! Frokosten var travel (lørdag morgen), men veldig godt utvalg.

Dårlig service. Ingen heis til høy 2 etasje. Prioriterte ikke hotellgjester i restauranten, så det var fullt.
