"Exceptional service!"

Great value: Very friendly service, convenient location & shuttle from JAX (until 1am), clean spacious rooms, and decent free breakfast. The standout was the welcoming manner of the gals checking us in and out. The shuttle (drives 3 miles around the hotel) was down when we checked out so they called us a free Lyft. Also gave us complimentary bottled waters. It was a nice touch!

Great airpprt hotel, pleasant staff, great accommodations, although the couch cushion in 119 needs to be replaced. Spacious!

That overworked kitchen lady who busted her butt keeping everything clean and stocked at breakfast. i wish I would have gotten her name.She was awesome and always had a smile

The rooms were not ready. The staff was overworked and uncaring. My card was charged 5 times until it locked out The front desk was more interested in hanging out by the bar than helping people
