Overall is was a very nice place. everyone who worked there was very nice and kind.

The area was felt unsafe when you come I would recommend travel with a male buddy. A lot of homeless people around the area. The room was nice and comfortable only thing I would complain is the way the shower is. The doors shape was a half shape so you will have a lot of water on the floor and not the cleanest. Shampoo and hair was left behind past people.

"Staff needs shake up. Expected better."

Breakfast was adequate. Manager listened to complaints. Room was comfortable.

Promised airport shuttle did not come until called after 1 hour wait. Cafe people ignored us and then grudgingly served us, No one knew how to make drinks at bar. Employees on phone not attentive to customers.

Convenient location, smooth check in and check out process. Responsive staff. Rooms are spacious.

It needs to be updated. The bathrooms are dark, very small with door cms away from hitting toilet. We had dirty a dirty towel and pillow stuffed in closet.
